COLOR ANODIZING

OCTOPUS ALUMINIUM offers coloring of aluminium in wide range of colors.

Standard avaliable colors are

BLUE, RED, GOLD and BLACK.

 

Colors can be made in light to dark appearance. ​Special customers demands on surface appearances are also avaliable with a correct choise of proper chemical and/or mechanical pretreatment.

OCTOCAST™

OCTOCAST™ provides integrated finishing solutions for aluminium castings, combining mechanical surface pretreatment and chemical processing into controlled, repeatable workflows.
Mechanical operations such as blasting, tumbling, or polishing are used to define surface texture and remove casting-related defects, while chemical treatments ensure corrosion resistance, coating adhesion, and functional performance.
This process integration allows each casting to be finished according to specific automotive, industrial, or aesthetic requirements with consistent quality and traceability.

SURTEC 650

Passivation is a chemical surface treatment applied to aluminium to form a thin, protective conversion layer. This layer improves corrosion resistance, stabilizes the surface, and enhances adhesion for subsequent coatings such as anodizing or powder coating, while maintaining the functional properties of the base material.

VACCUM IMPREGANTION 

Vacuum impregnation is a sealing process used to eliminate porosity and micro-leaks in aluminium castings. By applying vacuum and pressure, a low-viscosity resin is drawn into microscopic pores and voids, where it cures to form a permanent internal seal.

This process prevents fluid leakage, corrosion initiation, and pressure loss, making it essential for components used in hydraulics, pneumatics, automotive, and industrial applications.

CHEMICAL COLOR STRIPPING

Chemical stripping is used to selectively remove paint, powder coating, or anodized color from aluminium surfaces without damaging the base material.
